Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be delighted with every Turner Driveshaft product you purchase. Therefore, if you have a problem with your purchase of a Turner Driveshaft product, you can return the item purchased by bringing the product along with the receipt to the branch of purchase within 30 days for full replacement. Simply contact Customer Care

Product Warranties: In addition to our satisfaction guarantee, all Turner Driveshaft products carry Australia Wide Warranty or Quality Guarantee, which is our way of saying that we stand behind every product we sell. For over 20 years, our Warranty has provided our customers with the knowledge that Turner Driveshaft products are the finest products available. Our Quality Guarantee provides our customers with the additional assurance that any product sold by us will meet standards for quality and superiority. Products come with guarentee please check individual warranty terms on each product below.

Quality Guarantee: All Products designated with the symbol are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a product you believe to be defective, contact Customer Care within 30 days for a free replacement. If, due to unavailability, actual product replacement cannot be made, we will credit the full purchase price amount toward future purchases of any Turner Driveshaft products, or refund the full purchase price, whichever you prefer.

Warranty Terms & Conditions: The Warranty excludes mechanical failure due to faulty installation or to failure of rubber boots unless such failure of rubber boot or boots can be proven to be due to defective manufacture (CV boots are guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 km). 

Turner Enterprises' driveshafts and racks carry coded identification internally and externally. Units returned for warranty inspection must be complete assemblies with original boots intact.

No work is to be commenced without prior notification to Turner Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Assemblies deemed to be faulty due to defects in manufacture will be repaired or replaced without charge at the discretion of Turner Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Turner Enterprises' obligation under the express warranty extends to repair or replacement at the Company's option of part or parts of units promptly returned to us with a written statement of the reason therefore.

All returned part must also have information pertaining to the relevant vehicle and should include date of fitment, kilometres when installed, kilometres when failure occurred and fitting agents name and address.

Turner Enterprises' liability from all clauses is limited to the value of goods sold are furnished. 

No responsibility is accepted beyond the goods at the factory. 

No towing fees will be accepted.

In the event of a malfunction, please contact your fitting agent.

DRIVESHAFTS

2 year or 40,000 km (whichever occurs first) on passenger vehicles excluding 4x4. 

1 year or 20,000 km  (whichever occurs first) 4x4 Subaru with new outer CV joints.

6 months or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first) on Commercial and Subaru full reco shaft vehicles.

Vehicles altered from original manufacturers specifications will void warranty.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, collision, accident will void warranty.

Any product that has been modified or altered without written approval of Turner Enterprises Pty Ltd will void all warranties.

POWER STEERING PRODUCTS

2 year or 40,000 km (whichever occurs first) conditional on the fitment of an approved in line filter and flushing of the system.

1 year or 20,000 km (whichever occurs first) without an in line filter or flushing.

Vehicles altered from original manufacturers specifications will void warranty.

Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, collision, accident will void warranty.

Any product that has been modified or altered without written approval of Turner Enterprises Pty Ltd will void all warranties. All returns must be complete units.

BOOTS

CV & Steering Rack boots are guaranteed for 12 months or 20,000 km  (whichever occurs first) Note: (1) Due to the exposed operation conditions for boots it is recommended that they be inspected at regular intervals. (2) Stretch products are guaranteed for 3 years 60,000 km (whichever occurs first)

NU-TECH POLYMER BUSHING

2 year or 40,000 km (whichever occurs first) on privately used vehicles.

6 months or 10,000 km (whichever occurs first) on commercially used vehicles, conditional on regular greasing every 5,000 km.

ANY REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT FROM

TURNER ENTERPRISES PTY LTD WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.
